Tracking your applications with the Job Tracker
The Funnel, Timeline, and Cards views, the six pipeline stages, what gets added automatically, and why you might see sample rows at first.

The Job Tracker is at Dashboard, then Job Tracker. It needs a Pro or Premium plan.
The three views
The tracker gives you the same pipeline three ways:
- Funnel: your applications grouped by stage, so you can see at a glance where things pile up.
- Timeline: your activity in date order.
- Cards: every application as a card with its details and actions.
The six stages
Applications move through: Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Accepted, Rejected. You can move an application between stages from its card, edit its details, or delete it.
What gets added automatically
When you apply to an external listing through Smart Jobs, the tracker gets a row automatically, marked as applied via Smart Jobs, with a follow-up reminder date set 7 days out.
Everything else you add yourself with the Add Job button: company, role, stage, date applied, job URL, salary, location, notes, and optionally interview details and a follow-up date. Jobs you found anywhere, not just on Neuradesk, belong here.
About the sample rows
The first time you open an empty tracker, it shows a few example applications so the views are not blank. They are clearly marked as sample data with a notice and a Clear button; they are not real applications and disappear as soon as you clear them or add your own.
What else is on a card
Each application card can pull Company Intel, an AI briefing on the company, and when you reach the offer stage there is a salary negotiation workspace. You can also jump straight from a card into an Interview Coach session pre-filled with that company and role.
