Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Neuradesk.ai isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund process — no hoops, no hidden clauses.

1. Free Tier

  • Neuradesk.ai offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required and no refund applies.
  • If you signed up for a free account, you will never be charged unless you explicitly upgrade.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Paid plans (PRO, Premium) are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account Settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund within 7 days: If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans: Annual subscribers who cancel after 7 days but within 30 days may receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.
  • No refund after 30 days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase or renewal are not eligible.
  • Upgrade/downgrade: If you downgrade mid-cycle, the remaining balance is applied as credit toward future billing. No cash refund is issued for downgrades.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@neuradeskai.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
  • Include your Razorpay transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
  • We process all refund requests within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • AI credits or tokens consumed during your subscription period.
  • One-time purchases (if applicable in the future).
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks

  • If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
  • We encourage you to reach out to us first — we resolve most issues within 24 hours.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
