Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Can I request a refund?

Yes — within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 30 days for annual plans (pro-rated). Email support@neuradeskai.com with your transaction ID.

How do I export my data?

You can download your resumes as PDF/DOCX from Resume Studio, and export portfolio data from Portfolio Builder. For a full data export, email privacy@neuradeskai.com.
