Welcome to Neuradesk.ai. These terms govern your use of our AI-powered career platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Neuradesk.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

  • Neuradesk.ai is an AI-powered career platform providing the following services:
  • Resume Studio: AI-assisted resume building with 20+ professional templates.
  • Resume Analyzer: FAANG-level ATS score analysis and improvement suggestions.
  • Interview Coach: AI-powered interview preparation with voice mode.
  • Portfolio Builder: Professional portfolio creation with 8 premium templates.
  • Job Tracker: Kanban-style job application tracking and management.
  • Apply Bot: Automated job search and one-click application submission.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access dashboard features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • AI features provide suggestions and analysis — they do not guarantee job offers, interview success, or ATS pass rates.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content.
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information before submitting applications.
  • Resume and portfolio content you create belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your user-generated content.
  • AI analysis scores are approximations based on industry best practices and should be used as guidelines, not guarantees.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free tier users have access to basic features with usage limits.
  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Razorpay on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@neuradeskai.com for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use Neuradesk.ai for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform.
  • You must not abuse AI features by sending harmful, offensive, or misleading prompts.
  • You must not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services beyond the provided API.
  • You must not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Neuradesk.ai features.
  • You must not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Usage

  • AI features are subject to rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Excessive usage beyond reasonable limits may result in temporary throttling.
  • Rate limits vary by subscription tier and are documented in the platform.
  • Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Your use of Neuradesk.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Resume and portfolio data you upload or create is processed to deliver our AI services.
  • We use third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) — their data processing terms also apply.
  • You can request data deletion at any time by contacting privacy@neuradeskai.com.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Neuradesk.ai platform, including its design, code, AI models integration, and branding, is owned by Neuradesk.
  • Resume and portfolio templates are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by active subscribers.
  • You retain full ownership of the personal content you create using our tools.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our templates, UI designs, or proprietary algorithms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Neuradesk.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that AI analysis will result in job interviews, offers, or career advancement.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages (AI providers, payment processors) that may temporarily affect our features.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
  • Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
