Job Description
- Data backed problem solving: Ability to create a clear issue tree for a problem statement and create data backed hypotheses, actionable insights and propose initiatives to solve the same
- Voice of Customer: Run rapid surveys/immersions to explain the “why”; triangulate qual + quant into testable hypotheses and actionable insights.
- Cross functional execution: Work with stakeholders to enable metric movement in key initiatives; Ability to build strong working relationships cross org + enable execution via stakeholders (e.g. city growth teams, operations teams)
- Experimentation & causality: Design/read A/Bs and quasi-experiments as part of growth charter; define guardrails, and clear success criteria.
- Decision tools: Own self-serve dashboards for each initiative; maintain a clear source of truth for growth input and output metrics.
- Planning and budgeting: Quarterly / monthly planning and reporting of impact / spends on key initiatives; Liasoning with planning + business finance for the same
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree (OR) Master’s degree (MBA) (OR) Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3-5 years’ experience preferably in a growth, category, consulting, analytics or environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory
- Immense sense of ownership and execution excellence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
