Sarvam Circle, our partner ecosystem, is one of our fastest growing vectors. It brings in firms to take frontier AI to government and public institutions, enterprises, and MSMEs across the country. Certified partner engineers building on our stack extend that reach at a breadth and pace that compounds. Every firm that gets good at building on Sarvam widens what all of our work reaches.

There is a version of partner-built AI that actually works. Where a partner's engineers hold the same bar our own engineers do, where the playbooks are good enough to travel, and where a customer gets the same system whoever is in the room. That bar exists because Sarvam's engineers set it. Carrying it outward intact is what this role does, and it is the part most companies never solve.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a pre-sales one. You own the engineering core of Sarvam Circle: how partner engineers get certified on our stack, what standard their work is held to, whether they can run an engagement without a Sarvam engineer beside them, and whether what they ship holds up.

Done well, a large share of everything Sarvam delivers runs through the capability you built.

About Sarvam

Sarvam is India's leading full-stack AI company, building sovereign AI infrastructure and applications purpose-built for India. Headquartered in Bengaluru and founded by leading AI researchers, Sarvam builds foundational models for Indian languages, enterprise AI platforms, and voice-first AI agents that serve hundreds of millions of Indians. Sarvam is backed by top-tier investors and works with national and state governments, large enterprises, and developers across the country. We are building the AI layer for a billion people.

You shape the engine, not just run it

Sarvam Circle already has the firms and the momentum. Training and enablement is central to how Sarvam works with its partners, and how that actually operates is being designed now: the certification, the quality bar, the onboarding, the scorecards, the standard a partner engineer is held to. You are early enough to own its shape, at a company growing this fast.

Leverage over headcount

Your output is not what you deliver, it is what several hundred engineers across multiple firms are capable of delivering. The ceiling on your impact is set by how well you build the system.

You work at the source

Sarvam builds the whole stack: the foundational models, the infrastructure they run on, and the products on top. When a partner hits something the platform does not do yet, you are in a room with the people who built it.

What you'll do

  • Own the technical relationship with a set of partner firms: what their engineers can build, how much certified capacity they hold, and the quality of what they ship.
  • Build the certification programme. Define what a partner engineer must demonstrate before they touch a Sarvam deployment, and run the process that gets them there.
  • Own partner enablement: the playbooks, tooling, training and access partner teams need to build on the Sarvam stack without a Sarvam engineer beside them. Our engineers author the technical build playbooks; you own whether they exist, are current, and are legible enough for someone outside Sarvam to execute.
  • Translate Sarvam's platform, models and product surface into something a partner's engineering team can build with. Most of the leverage in this role is in how well you do this.
  • Shape how a partner gets used on an engagement: which firm fits the work, where in the engagement they come in, and how the build splits between their engineers and ours.
  • Lead the first co-delivered engagement with a new partner, hands-on, and own the readiness call on whether they can run the next one independently.
  • Own the review cadence with partners. It is what keeps us close to the work: where each engagement stands against plan, where the risk sits, and what has to change before a date slips.
  • Hold the quality bar across the partner base: scorecards, an honest read on whether partner-built work matches our own standard, and corrective plans when it does not.

Who you are

We are hiring across levels, from 6+ years of experience, up to Lead.

  • You have worked with systems integrators or consulting firms, from the inside or across the table. You know how their engineering organisations actually work, how their engineers are staffed and incentivised, and where quality tends to slip.
  • You are technical, and partners respect that. You do not need to ship production code, but you should be able to review an implementation, spot where it will break, and hold a design conversation with a partner's engineering lead as a peer.
  • You have built capability at scale. Enablement programmes, certification, training, or technical onboarding. Something that made other people better at building, that outlasted your involvement.
  • You understand agentic AI and can teach it. LLMs and agents in production, why evals matter, and what breaks at scale. You can take an engineer who has never built an agent and get them to competence.
  • You hold a line under pressure. When a programme is behind and the easy answer is to let a standard slide, you are the person who does not.
  • You are comfortable building from zero. No template, no precedent. You would rather design it than wait for it.

Sarvam is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of background, identity, or personal characteristics. We believe the best AI for India can only be built by a team that reflects India.
