THE ROLE

As a Workplace Program Manager, you will support high-performing corporate workplace environments across Everpure's Americas portfolio. Working alongside our Americas REWSS leadership, cross-functional partners, and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) providers, you will help translate space and operational requirements into seamless office experiences. You will combine hands-on project coordination with data-driven problem-solving to help workplace initiatives run efficiently and predictably. This role offers an opportunity to expand your corporate real estate and workplace expertise while contributing to meaningful projects across our regional portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate Capital & Workplace Projects: Manage day-to-day project workflows, deliverables, and schedules for office expansions, renovations, relocations, rebranding rollouts, and other workplace initiatives across Americas sites, helping ensure timely execution and minimal business disruption.
  • Improve Workplace Workflows Through Technology: Leverage Enterprise Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow, along with data and AI-enabled tools, to manage facility requests, identify operational trends, simplify recurring processes, and improve service delivery.
  • Support Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: Partner closely with IT, Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, external vendors, and our IFM partner to coordinate project dependencies, support seating and space planning activities, and prepare sites for successful workplace transitions.
  • Track Project Budgets & Performance: Monitor purchase orders, project budgets, schedules, vendor deliverables, and workplace metrics. Support Post-Occupancy Evaluations (POEs) and employee feedback programs to identify opportunities to improve service quality and the workplace experience.
  • Identify & Escalate Project Risks: Maintain clear project documentation and status updates, proactively surface risks and dependencies, and partner with senior team members and stakeholders to drive resolution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Workplace & Project Coordination Experience: 2+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, facilities operations, construction project coordination, program management, or a related field, with exposure to space planning or capital project delivery.
  • Workplace Systems & Data Fluency: Experience using enterprise workflow, facilities, or project management tools to manage operational requests, maintain accurate information, and improve recurring processes. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Financial & Vendor Coordination: Experience tracking project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, schedules, or vendor deliverables, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Ability to build productive working relationships across internal business teams and external partners while coordinating multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Adaptability & Clear Communication: Ability to prioritize competing tasks, exercise sound judgment within established guidelines, and communicate concise project updates, risks, and next steps.
  • Relevant Environment: Experience supporting multiple corporate locations, technology environments, office renovations, relocations, construction, lab, R&D, or other specialized workplace environments is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or Chicago, IL office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
