THE ROLE You'll be the technical lead for one or two enterprise Account Executives covering [Health / Finance / MSPs / Public Sector] accounts in the Netherlands. You own the technical win: understanding what the customer is actually trying to do, designing the right data platform for it, proving it works, and getting it signed off. You'll spend most of your week with customers and partners, not in internal meetings.

We've moved from all-flash arrays to the Enterprise Data Cloud — a single platform for block, file and object, on-prem and in the public cloud, with Portworx for Kubernetes workloads. In the Netherlands we sell through a strong partner channel and directly to some of the country's largest organisations, and the team is growing.

• Partner with your AE(s) on account strategy: which opportunities to pursue, how to position against the incumbent, what the customer's real decision criteria are
• Run discovery with infrastructure, platform and application teams; translate business requirements into architectures that hold up in production
• Design and present solutions across FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, Evergreen and Pure Fusion — and know when something outside our portfolio is the right answer
• Own proofs of concept, benchmarks and competitive evaluations end to end
• Work alongside our Dutch partners (resellers, MSPs, system integrators) so the customer gets one coherent proposal, not two
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and tenders
• Feed what you hear from customers back to product and marketing

• Enterprise pre-sales experience: you've carried technical responsibility for large-account deals and know how to run a technical win
• Depth in infrastructure — storage (block, file, object), data protection, virtualisation, networking — and the ability to explain it to a CIO and a Linux admin in the same meeting
• Fluent Dutch and English (both required — you'll be presenting and writing in both)
• Commercial instinct: you understand what drives a customer's decision beyond the spec sheet, and you're comfortable owning a number alongside your AE
• Curiosity — you like getting hands-on with new technology and showing it to people

• Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms (Portworx, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu) — we'll invest in getting you there if you're not already
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
• Experience with [sector-specific: e.g. NEN 7510 / DORA / BIO compliance environments]
• Background at a storage vendor, HCI vendor, Dutch reseller or MSP

• A defined enterprise patch with [1–2] experienced AEs, in a region where Everpure is growing rather than defending
• A product portfolio that's expanded well beyond storage, so the conversations you have with customers have got broader and more interesting
• Small, senior Dutch SE team — high autonomy, direct access to product and engineering
• Evergreen and the platform story genuinely differentiate in competitive evaluations; you're not selling a commodity
