Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Contract (12 Months, Extendable Based on Business Requirements) Experience: 5-7 Years Function: Talent Acquisition Job type: Work from Office (5 days) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Corporate Functions, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales and other business roles. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Drive offer management, candidate engagement, and joining.

• Maintain ATS data and provide hiring reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong experience hiring for non-technical/business roles.

• Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Workday.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• MBA/PGDM in HR.

• Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
