Job Summary:
As a Partner Program Manager at Drata, you own the service delivery side of Drata’s partner ecosystem — the consulting firms, MSPs, and vCISOs who help our customers achieve and sustain audit-ready security and compliance postures. This role sits within the Professional Services function of the Customer Success organization at Drata and partners closely with our Channel Sales program manager (who owns sales-side partner enablement) so that the sales and delivery experiences feel like one cohesive program to our partners. You’ll be the connective tissue between our service partners and our internal Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams — owning the relationships, the services-side enablement content, and the delivery quality bar that together determine the consistency of customer outcomes delivered through our partner ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners (consultancies, MSPs, vCISO firms), serving as their primary point of contact across program participation, escalations, joint pipeline, and growth planning.
- Run partner business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior stakeholders at partner firms; align on joint goals, delivery capacity, and quarterly commitments.
- Support light partner recruitment, working off internally-sourced leads (from Sales, CS, and PS colleagues who are already in front of services firms worth partnering with) rather than open-market sourcing — shepherding promising firms through onboarding and into the program.
- Partner with our Partner Certification team to ensure services-focused learning content is built and maintained alongside the existing sales certification tracks. Drata has strong sales-side enablement today; this role fills the current gap where there is no dedicated owner for the services delivery learning path.
- Own the broader services-side partner enablement experience — onboarding, ongoing training, instructor-led workshops, and rollouts of new product features and frameworks tailored to a delivery audience.
- Define and monitor partner delivery quality metrics (implementation CSAT, time-to-audit, control coverage at audit, escalation rates) and drive remediation programs where delivery falls short of Drata’s standard.
- Build feedback loops with Drata’s Professional Services and Customer Success teams to surface delivery issues early and feed lessons back into partner enablement and program design.
- Coordinate closely with our Channel Sales program manager so that the sales-side and services-side partner experiences land as one program — shared rhythms, consistent messaging, and clean handoffs at every stage of the partner lifecycle.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel/alliances, partner enablement, or partner operations at a B2B SaaS company — or equivalent experience leading services delivery or partner engagement at a consulting or audit firm working closely with SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing or operating partner enablement, certification, or accreditation programs at scale.
- Strong program management skills — able to run multiple concurrent workstreams and partner cohorts without dropping balls.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product — and able to translate partner feedback into clear, actionable asks for each team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal leadership and to senior stakeholders at partner firms.
- Proven self-starter able to take ambiguous problems, define structure, and ship — challenging the status quo where current processes don’t scale.
- A team-player mindset and a desire to build something from the ground up inside a rapidly growing organization.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with the GRC, security, or compliance space and the current players in it — competitors, the major audit firms, and the consultancies most active in this market. You don’t need to be a compliance practitioner to do this job, but knowing the landscape will accelerate your ramp.
- Nice to have: Direct experience working at — or building a partner program for — a GRC, security, or compliance vendor.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with a partner relationship management (PRM) platform (Allbound, Impartner, PartnerStack, etc.) and with Salesforce-based partner workflows.
- Nice to have: Light technical fluency — enough comfort with Drata’s platform capabilities, API surface, and integration points to credibly engage implementation partners on technical scoping conversations.
- Nice to have: Industry certifications relevant to the GRC space (CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer) or to partner programs (e.g., ASAP CA-AM).
