The Problems You'll Solve
At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Lead Product Marketing Manager focused on GTM enablement, you'll work to:
- Bring deep knowledge of private markets finance personas and buying groups (venture capital, private equity, private credit) to how we position, launch, and sustain products — with a specific lens on what resonates in a sales conversation
- Develop and maintain high-impact assets including sales decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, demo narratives, and channel-specific materials that equip AEs and partners to win
- Build and execute outbound PMM strategy in close partnership with Sales, translating product capabilities into pipeline-driving narratives and segment-specific messaging
- Deploy PMM planning and prioritization in conjunction with the wider marketing team, evaluating what investments — in deliverables and resourcing — are needed to move revenue
- Partner with Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing to ensure outbound campaigns reflect product positioning and are built with sales workflow in mind
- Enable strong creative execution through high-quality briefs in partnership with Creative and Program Management, with a bias toward assets that perform in the field
- Operate cross-functionally across PMM, Creative/Brand, Enablement, Ops, and Sales to align GTM motions from awareness through close
- Develop segment and persona-level messaging informed by customer research, competitive intelligence, and direct feedback from the field
- Act as a key analytics owner for launch and enablement performance — tracking what's being used, what's converting, and what needs to evolve
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing on upsell and cross-sell plays that expand revenue within existing accounts
- Influence product development by surfacing structured customer and seller feedback into the product roadmap
- Be present in market through owned and external events; represent Carta's product narrative at customer events, internal kickoffs, and industry conferences
