This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center . It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant : The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center : The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

1) Support overall internship management, including onboarding/orientation, support foreign intern for required document, and coordination with the HR Shared Service Team. 2) Lead and coordinate for internship activity. 3) Assist in HR Development (HRD) activities, including training administration, learning programs, and training evaluation. 4) Support employer branding and university collaboration activities, such as career fairs, campus events, university visits, and recruitment marketing campaigns. 5) Support and prepare the material for company engagement activities. 6) Support digitalization projects: HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI. 7) Support HRBP projects, monthly reports, workshops, and other assigned HR initiatives.

• You will have real working experience in HR department including HRBP, Recruitment, Training and Development.
• You will be a leading part in creating, planning, and implementing leaning and development program for intern.
• You will explore the working experiences in the international environment and opportunities to apply English skills in daily work.
• Have the opportunity to unleash your creativity to create HR-related internal communications and presentations.

1) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2) Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English. 3) Basic knowledge of HR processes. 4) Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. 5) Basic problem solving skills 6) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from November 2026 onwards) 7) Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. 8) Good collaboration with people. 9) Basic presentation and communicaton skills 10) Familiarity with Canva, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query or data visualization tools are adventaged.
