This role is responsible for Electrical Assembly & commissioning including work scheduling, task prioritization, confirming material availability, job time estimating, and equipment maintenance, while promoting a culture of safety, supporting continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, customer satisfaction, and contributing to departmental and organizational goals.

Develop efficient assembly processes that ensure products are put together correctly and efficiently considering factors like workflow, ergonomics, safety, and quality control and implement electrical assembly techniques such as debugging of electrical issues, wiring, soldering, cutting and while using electrical measuring tools and precision measurement instruments.

Interpret electrical plan and technology drawings and translate these E-plan into physical assemblies.

Analyze and improve assembly processes to enhance efficiency and productivity and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and streamline operations.

Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions, apply engineering principles and innovative thinking to overcome challenges, supervise testing and troubleshooting, conduct functional tests on assembled electrical systems, diagnose and implement corrective actions.

Establish quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications, conduct regular inspections and tests, to detect and rectify defects and ensure assembly standards are followed down the line.

Adapt to safety protocols and regulations during assembly operations and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Assign training session for assembly engineers on new equipment and procedures to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices.

Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, designs, changes and prepare reports on process improvements, quality control, and project progress.

B.E in Electrical Engineering.

5+ year experience in Machine Building / Maintenance

• Competent knowledge of machine assembly electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, digital tools, control systems, interfaces with various functional elements of the machine.
• Competent Knowledge about EMS standards, processes, Shop floor Management (SFMC), Ergonomics, Lean concepts ( Agile workshops etc.)
• Competent Knowledge about product and process knowledge.
• Basic Knowledge in SAP.
