[SO] Delivery/Team Lead – Digitalization & Technology Enablement

Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. BGSV currently operates from three offices located at the following addresses:

1. Etown Building – 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward , Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. OfficeHaus Building – 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

3. Capital Place Building – 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Lead a technical team of around 5 members focusing on Digitalization and cross-service technical enablement.

The role combines hands-on technical contribution, team coordination, people development, and collaboration with WebApp, AI, Data, and other technical teams.

• Lead and coordinate a key technical team
• Provide technical guidance for Digitalization, Automation, Integration, and related solution topics based on Digitalization Strategies of Department
• Contribute hands-on to technical implementation, PoCs, and complex project topics when needed.
• Plan team workload, assign tasks, and follow up progress, risks, and technical issues.
• Coach and support team members in technical growth and competence development.
• Work closely with WebApp, AI, Data, DevOps, and other teams to support cross-functional solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical standards, and good engineering practices across teams.
• Support requirement clarification, estimation, solution discussion, and technical workshops with project teams or customers.
• Provide technical and competence-related input to management when discussing future capability needs or new technology topics.

• Strong technical background in IT Software Development, Digitalization, Automation, or related areas.
• Experience with Web Applications, APIs, system integration, databases, or automation solutions.
• Good understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based applications.
• Basic to good understanding of AI and Data-related solutions is an advantage.
• Experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading a small technical team.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across different technical teams and collaborate in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to remain hands-on in technical work.
