System Architect M/W/D

As a System Architect (M/F) , you will join our Systems Engineering team. You will play a key role in defining and decomposing complex vehicUle functions (ADAS, Powertrain, or Chassis) as well as allocating them within our electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures. Utilizing MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies, you will ensure the essential transition between our customers' high-level requirements and robust, consistent system designs that can be directly implemented by development teams.

• Methodological Definition : Actively participate in defining systems engineering methodologies within the department, selecting tools, and establishing best practices for MBSE modeling.
• Requirements Analysis & Modeling : Analyze needs in direct collaboration with the customer and define and model use cases and scenarios for the target vehicle functions.
• Requirements Engineering & Physical Architecture : Determine and decompose subsystem requirements (integrating functional safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory aspects). Actively participate in allocating functions within the physical architecture.
• Advanced System Modeling : Model the system to meet vehicle specifications using MBSE, demonstrating strong expertise in configuration and variant management.
• E/E Architecture & Networks : Define the overall E/E topology, establish system boundaries within concrete projects, and design robust on-board communication networks (Network Design).
• Technical Lead & Customer Interface : Serve as the primary technical point of contact and guarantor of the system architecture for both the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Coordination : Support alignment and collaborate on the technical coordination of multidisciplinary teams (systems engineers, software/hardware architects, V&V teams) to promote a shared architectural vision.

• Education : Master's degree (Engineering or equivalent) in electrical engineering, software engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or the development of automotive embedded systems.
• MBSE Expertise : Excellent command of Systems Engineering (SE) processes and MBSE modeling.
• Tools & Languages : Proven proficiency in SysML and associated tools (Rhapsody, MagicDraw/Cameo, DOORS/DNG, System Composer).
• On-board Networks : Excellent understanding of communication interfaces and protocols (CAN, Ethernet, FlexRay).
• Standards & Constraints : Strong knowledge of key automotive standards (ISO 26262, GSR 2) and awareness of Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and real-time constraints.
• Agility & Adaptability : Ability to take on a multifaceted and agile role, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse projects and contexts.
• Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
• Languages : Fluency in both French and English is mandatory (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a plus.

Home office days will be allowed (2 days per week)
