Development Lead Media Asset Management (MAM)

We are actively looking for an IT application specialist who will support Bosch in their digital transformation. You will be part of the +20 IT team of experts who support Bosch IT products and solutions in the area of Media Asset management (MAM). This role is focused on the MAM application from Aprimo which is a global leader in PIM solutions. The MAM application has a strong integration with the PT Product Information Management system (PIM) and together they form the backbone for any digital / ecommerce business within Bosch. As a MAM Development Lead, you get to work on exciting product data and integration topics. In your daily duties you will spend around 70% of work time on application development, configuration and support activities. The remaining time will be filled with project meetings, team integration and trainings.

As part of our agile team, you will take responsibility and coordinate all technical developments of our Media Asset management (MAM) solutions. Furthermore, you take over responsibility for interface implementation and documentation in the area of PIM/MAM.

► Reliable implementation: You create detailed IT concepts in the area of MAM as well as for interfaces (Product Information Management-PIM). You manage the technical implementation of requirements and steer internal and external service providers to ensure that quality and development guidelines are met. You are an expert on data models. ► Customer orientation: You dive deep into the business processes and needs of the customers and understand the needs. You assess customer requirements from a technical perspective with respective effort estimations, and you assist in the design and development of proof of concept and prototypes. ► Think holistically: You ensure the high quality of the MAM solutions through appropriate acceptance tests regarding unit tests, usability and performance. You develop ideas for improving or optimizing the existing PIM/MAM solutions throughout the respective solution lifecycle. ► Live cooperation: You are the technical contact person for the team, the project management, the external development partners and our internal customers. You collaborate with Solution Managers and IT Architects on the delivery of Solution functionalities.

► Education: University degree in information technology (business informatics/computer science) or a comparable course ► Experience and knowledge: Several years of relevant professional experience in development, consulting and/or support of IT applications preferably in the area of PIM/MAM. Aprimo MAM, + knowledge of information technology or comparable qualifications would be an advantage ► Personality: Team-oriented and flexible ► Working style: Structured, analytical thinking, conceptual and self-reliant ► You have good knowledge of Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, related interfaces, and WEB applications ► Very good knowledge of REST APIs and basic programming skills in Java ► Systems & Data Formats: You possess basic Linux and SFTP knowledge, and you are familiar with databases, image structures, and tools to convert images. You also work comfortably with different data and media formats such as tiff, video, and images ► You are proficient in essential data exchange and processing technologies, including XML, JSON, and regex ► Languages: Good written and spoken English
