Workload Automation Consultant

As a Workload Automation Consultant, you will be the primary customer-facing advisor for our internal business units. Instead of maintaining backend platform infrastructure, your mission is to design intelligent, application-level workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, and pioneer AI-driven automation innovations directly with our customers. Focus Area: Customer-Facing Solution Design, Application-Level Workflow Orchestration, AI & Hyperautomation Innovation Target Mindset: "Automate Everything" – A proactive, highly motivated specialist who views manual intervention as a bug and is passionate about driving cognitive automation.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).

Consultative & Client-Facing: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. You can comfortably bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical business partners. Growth Mindset: Highly motivated to continuously learn, experiment with emerging tech (like GenAI and LLMs), and challenge the status quo. Technical Profile Workload Automation Expertise: Strong practical experience in designing and configuring application workflows in enterprise systems such as Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ), Broadcom Automic (UC4) or similar workload automation tools. Scripting & APIs: Proven proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript) and working with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate disparate systems. AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI APIs, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is highly desirable. No Infrastructure Overhead: Understanding of OS architectures (Linux, Windows) is required, but you are excited that your core focus is on delivering business value at the application layer, not server maintenance.
