Job Description

  • Design and develop advanced hardware circuit architectures, ensuring feasibility, signal integrity, and performance.
  • Define, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing and validation plans, analyzing test data to support production ramp-up.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams, external component suppliers, and production plants to optimize design for manufacturing and testing.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and hardware bugs both during the prototyping phase and throughout series production.
  • Ensure strict compliance with global EMC and safety standards.
  • Enhance industrialization processes by driving test automation initiatives and continuous equipment maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical
  • Proven experience in hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB development (preferably within consumer electronics, IoT devices, smart displays, or ECU-related products).
  • Practical experience in hardware testing, debugging, and failure.
  • Hardware Design: Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout technologies, and component selection.
  • EMC Compliance: Solid understanding of EMC-compliant design rules, shielding, and shielding/filtering techniques.
  • Manufacturing Statistics: Familiarity with production quality metrics such as Yield, First Pass Yield (FPY), Process Capability (Cpk), and Gauge R&R (GR&R).
  • Software & Programming: Basic programming skills in C/C++, Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, or Visual Basic for test automation are a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • A highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and hardware optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to balance technical quality with production timelines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and strong intercultural competence.
