[DCJP] Marketing Group Leader (Bosch Rexroth Products)

Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

• Lead and develop the Marketing team in daily operations, capability building, and ways of working.
• Plan and execute Marketing activities across events, digital channels, and communication in alignment with business priorities.
• Define and implement structured Marketing planning, including objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Strengthen collaboration with Sales and SCO(Sales Commercial Operations Department) to ensure Marketing activities support commercial development.
• Manage external communication through events, campaigns, digital platforms, and content creation.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and local messaging.
• Evaluate and improve Marketing activities based on market feedback and performance insights.
• Collaborate with central marketing teams to implement relevant tools, standards, and initiatives.

• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (mandatory)
• Experience in marketing and/or communication
• Experience in B2B environment, ideally industrial context
• Experience in leading teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Solution oriented thinking, can function under time pressure.
• Understanding of digital as a tool to drive and improve the business, not an end in itself.
• Team player, engagement, self motivation
