The role of a Product Engineering is crucial for developing product. Main tasks as below:

• Requirement engineering : Collection, analysis, modeling, specification description of requirements, verification management complete set
• Technology roadmap: Responsible for planning, setting goals, and selecting the technical path until the final evaluation
• New product introduction: Provide technical support for new product development and provide corresponding technology when new products are launched
• Engineering change management: Continuously iterating and updating technologies based on project requirements
• Failure analysis: able to systematically analyze technical faults and solve problems from the root cause
• Other adhoc tasks

产品开发工程师的角色对于产品开发至关重要。主要任务如下

1.工程需求：需求的收集、分析、建模、规格说明，验证管理全套

2.技术路线图：为技术路径的规划，目标设定，以及选择到最后评估负责

3. 新产品开发：新产品技术开发，并对新产品上市的技术负责

4.技术革新：不断根据项目需求迭代技术进行更新换代

5.技术故障分析：能够对技术上的故障进行系统分析，并从根因上解决问题

6. 其他临时工作任务

• 5-8 years of technical background, understanding engineering principles, user centered design, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, etc.

• Able to keep up with technological advancements in their respective fields and incorporate them into the technology roadmap

• Having experience in agile development, able to apply agile methods to iterative development environments and continuous improvement of products

• Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex technical problems or faults, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to technical expertise in related industries

• Language: Fluent in English
