[Internship] Sample Coordinator (Japanese speaking)

Bosch established its first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994. Since 2007, Bosch has expanded its footprint in Vietnam where it has branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, as well as a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. • Support the tracking and updating of request and order statuses
• Distribute information to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with entering sample order data into the internal management system
• Update tracking files with sample order status information
• Assist in scheduling meetings and sending invitations

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Languages, Business Administration, or related fields
• No prior work experience required; however, previous internship or experience in logistics, production planning, or customer service is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English at business level (verbal and written communication)
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level and above
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patient, eager to learn, and highly committed
• Monday to Friday availability with flexible working hours
