HR Generalist - Curricular Internship (m/f/d)

With its five product lines of compact hydraulics Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA , with factories in the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia and over 1,300 employees, has been producing and marketing compact hydraulic components for multiple applications for over 40 years, from aerial platforms to cranes, earth-moving machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial applications.

Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products

HR department is looking for an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment.

The role will handle:

• Recruitment: Support in drafting and publishing job postings, CV screening, managing initial phone calls, and scheduling interviews.
• Personnel Administration: Support in attendance management, document archiving, and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Training and Development: Collaboration in organizing training courses and managing company growth plans.
• Employer Branding: Contribution to company brand promotion activities, including channels like LinkedIn.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law.
• Strong passion for Human Resources, with excellent empathy and listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

💻 Experience and know-how : You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

🗺️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills : You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
