Job Description
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be an important part of our Nordic Business Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating operational topics across customers, Sales, Logistics, warehouses, and external service providers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and the customer experience remains strong.
- Supporting and improving business processes related to campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.
- Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems.
- Managing internal and external reporting, keeping process documentation up to date, and supporting process improvements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage.
- A strong interest in technology and business systems, together with the motivation to further develop your knowledge of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and related systems.
- A customer-oriented approach combined with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business needs.
- Fluency in Finnish is essential for this role.
