We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Systems Development & Support team as a Process & System Development Advanced Apprentice (Graduate), sitting in our Service department! Our Service department is a dynamic business area, comprising of team members based in the field across the UK & Ireland as well as at our Worcester head office. Every team within Service plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service . We support them by leveraging technology to improve customer journeys and our colleagues’ day-to-day roles, while using data to guide key business decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a collaborative team & wider network locally & internationally, focus is on priority department improvements via an array of modern IT applications , including low code/no code tools.
- Solutions would come from combination of SAP (origin of business data), Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Delivering high impact improvement projects to meet agreed scope, timelines and targets.
- Using your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to inform strategic developments and decisions to guide the department within a diversifying industry.
- Quickly gain knowledge of our current landscape to provide support and maintenance of our systems.
Qualifications
- Please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term.
- This is a 2-year fixed term role.
An innovative, pro-active, reliable, dedicated, highly self-motivated and committed person who has the willingness to learn. Must have good communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate experience of coping with varying workloads, pressures and deadlines.
- Degree in business, economics, computing or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think of solutions to business problems.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering information in front of various stakeholder groups, and the ability to adapt to the audience.
- Strong attention to detail, motivated to get involved with projects and learn how the department and business operate.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear way.
- Ability to contribute to group discussions, and to not be afraid of being wrong!
- Willingness to learn/receive feedback from experienced colleagues around the department and business.
Practical experience applying AI concepts or tools responsibly to enhance project outcomes, automate tasks, or improve everyday operational efficiency.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions , for example Power Apps or Power Automate is a bonus.

Expected Start Date: October/November 2026. Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
