This position is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing desktop and laptop systems while supporting associates directly at their workstations and on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires frequent interaction with production personnel, engineers, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Complex infrastructure issues involving servers, enterprise networking, or centralized systems are escalated to appropriate IT support teams while maintaining ownership of communication and follow-up.

• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.

• Ability to work full time on-site and provide support in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent.

• Experience with device imaging, endpoint management, and enterprise IT service management tools.

• Experience supporting manufacturing-floor technology and production operations.
