负责自动驾驶研发工具链及数据处理工具的设计、开发和维护,使用 Python 在 Linux 和 Docker 环境中构建易用、稳定的工程工具,支持数据处理、算法开发、测试验证和研发效率提升。
Design, develop, and maintain autonomous driving engineering toolchains and data-processing tools. Build reliable and user-friendly engineering solutions in Python on Linux and Docker to support data processing, algorithm development, testing, validation, and R&D productivity.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 使用 Python 开发自动驾驶数据处理、转换、分析、可视化和自动化工具。 Develop autonomous driving data processing, conversion, analysis, visualization, and automation tools in Python.
- 建设和维护面向算法开发与测试验证的工具链,包括数据导入导出、任务执行、结果分析及流程自动化。 Build and maintain toolchains for algorithm development and validation, including data import/export, task execution, result analysis, and workflow automation.
- 在 Linux 和 Docker 环境中完成工具的开发、封装、部署与问题排查,提升工具的一致性和可复现性。 Develop, package, deploy, and troubleshoot tools in Linux and Docker environments, improving consistency and reproducibility.
- 与自动驾驶算法、测试及车辆集成团队协作,理解实际工作流程和痛点,持续改进工具的易用性与效率。 Collaborate with autonomous driving algorithm, validation, and vehicle integration teams to understand workflows and pain points and continuously improve usability and efficiency.
- 编写单元测试、集成测试和技术文档,参与代码评审及 CI/CD 建设,保障软件质量和可维护性。 Write unit and integration tests and technical documentation; participate in code reviews and CI/CD development to ensure software quality and maintainability.
- 支持工具的发布、用户反馈和故障处理,推动常用脚本和零散需求沉淀为可复用的工具链能力。 Support tool releases, user feedback, and issue resolution; turn frequently used scripts and recurring needs into reusable toolchain capabilities.
Qualifications
岗位要求 / Requirements
- 计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、车辆工程或相关专业本科及以上学历,或具备同等水平的项目实践经验。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical project experience.
- 熟练掌握 Python,具备良好的编程基础,能够独立完成工具或软件模块的设计、开发、测试和交付。 Proficient in Python with solid programming fundamentals; able to independently design, develop, test, and deliver tools or software modules.
- 具有自动驾驶、智能驾驶或 ADAS 相关工作或项目经验,了解自动驾驶研发中的数据、算法或测试场景。 Work or project experience in autonomous driving, intelligent driving, or ADAS, with an understanding of data, algorithm, or validation scenarios in AD development.
- 熟悉 Linux 开发环境和常用命令,能够使用 Docker 构建并运行开发及交付环境。 Comfortable with Linux development environments and common commands; able to use Docker to build and run development and delivery environments.
- 具备良好的软件工程意识,熟悉 Git 协作流程,并重视代码质量、测试和文档。 Good software engineering discipline, familiarity with Git-based collaboration, and a strong focus on code quality, testing, and documentation.
- 能够主动理解用户需求并解决实际问题,具备责任心和团队协作意识。 Able to proactively understand user needs and solve practical problems, with ownership and a collaborative mindset.
加分项 / Nice to Have
- 具有自动驾驶感知、定位、规划控制或仿真算法的开发或调试经验。 Development or debugging experience with autonomous driving perception, localization, planning & control, or simulation algorithms.
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和英语口头、书面能力,能够在国际化团队中开展技术协作。 Strong communication skills and good spoken and written English, with the ability to collaborate in an international engineering team.
- 熟悉摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、GNSS/IMU 等传感器数据,以及 ROS bag、MDF4、MCAP 等常见数据格式。 Familiarity with camera, lidar, radar, and GNSS/IMU data, as well as common formats such as ROS bag, MDF4, and MCAP.
- 熟悉 C++、Java、Shell 中的一种或多种语言,或具有 RESTful API、数据库及后端服务开发经验。 Familiarity with one or more of C++, Java, or Shell, or experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and backend service development.
