We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Graduate!

The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the management and delivery of our digital services, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Acting as the link between business objectives and technical implementation, you will help ensure our digital products deliver value, meet customer needs, and support our wider business strategy. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.

  • Support the Product & Delivery team in defining, prioritising, and delivering the roadmap for our digital services across our web platforms.
  • Help with the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and day-to-day operation of our digital estate.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, prioritise enhancements, and communicate product updates and maintenance activities.
  • Assist the Product & Delivery team by acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder and customer queries.
  • Build strong relationships with our digital development agency, attending sprint ceremonies and helping to ensure the maximum value from the development work streams.
  • Support the end-to-end project delivery process, including planning, coordination, testing, and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to understand business objectives and help deliver digital solutions that support marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Produce regular product performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using user feedback, analytics and stakeholder insight.
  • Support backlog refinement by documenting requirements and assisting with prioritisation.

Qualifications

Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • The ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital technology, testing, learning, and optimising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and support product performance reporting.

High attention to detail, particularly when supporting testing, quality assurance, and product releases.

Working Hours : 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
