Bosch Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (RBCE) was established in Nanchang in Jan 2025 as a joint venture between Bosch and Jiangling Motor Corporation Group (JMCG), with Bosch holding a 60% stake and JMCG owning 40%. RBCE is primarily responsible for the development, application, production, sales, and servicing of electric drive axle systems for light commercial vehicles.
职位描述
1.Responsible for calibration and testing of power electronics systems and components on test bench and vehicle (including torque control, temperature models, monitoring functions, diagnostic functions, etc.) 2.Develop detailed work plans and prepare calibration and test reports 3.Conduct functional requirements analysis and solution design, prepare functional development specifications, and coordinate development activities with software and hardware teams. Perform functional testing and optimization of prototypes/samples 4.Follow the product release process, execute and track release testing and process management throughout different prototype/sample development stages. 5.Responsible for performance testing and optimization of new platform products 6.Support system integration and calibration testing for localized product development 7.Support system-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution related to powertrain and electric drive systems.
职位要求
Master’s degree or above; with a background in power electronics engineering are preferred.
2+ years of relevant work experience;experience in the new energy vehicle powertrain assembly field is preferred.
Familiarity with motor control and skilled use of calibration tools (INCA / CANOE ...)
