Regional Packaging Artwork Manager

As a Regional Packaging Artwork Manager, you will focus on the creation of global and regional packaging artworks for segment and regional portfolio teams. In this role, you will own the artwork creation workflow, enabling design agencies to produce high-quality packaging materials according to our style guides. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate on-time packaging artwork creation for global launches, regional launches, and promotional campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

► Manage packaging artwork creation for global launches, regional launches, and promotions to ensure on-time delivery ► Own the artwork creation workflow and user management system ► Review and align artwork briefings and creations in close cooperation with product managers ► Manage external design and artwork agencies, ensuring implementation of style guides, consolidation of requirements, alignment of development potentials, and support for tenders ► Create and maintain the packaging artwork database ► Coordinate artwork changeover projects and support packaging change requests initiated by Packaging Engineers ► Execute in-house creation and modification of artworks ► Develop and introduce AI-based tools to support artwork checks and creation processes ► Collaborate with the marketing team on artwork style guides, printing standards, and customer/legal requirements ► Oversee the Packaging Artwork Creation budget

► Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field ► 2+ years of experience in packaging artwork development ► Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level) ► Basic understanding of print production processes, packaging engineering, and regulatory compliance. ► Knowledge of basic design principles ► Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator ► Proven experience managing external design and artwork agencies ► Solid project management skills and brand expertise ► Excellent organizational, communication, teamwork (collaboration), and stakeholder management skills ► Strong conceptual thinking ability

► Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry ► German language skills as an additional asset ► Knowledge of advanced design principles ► Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations ► Analytical thinking and a result-oriented mindset ► Experience in product portfolio management, concept development, and data & research analytics and interpretation
