Job Description
- Evaluates, analyzes, and assess automation feasibility of business processes using RPA, workflows, and low-code approaches.
- Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to design optimized process flows, balancing simplicity, maintainability, and scalability.
- Designs, develops, tests, and deploys: RPA bots
- Workflow automations
- Low-code/no-code applications
- Supporting scripts and integrations (Python, Java, etc.)
Supports or leads automation projects in partnership with Project Managers, Product Owners, and RPA Leads, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live and hypercare phases. Monitors, supports, and continuously improve production automation solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled capabilities to enhance automation outcomes (e.g., document processing, intent detection, smart validations). Contributes to and follow automation governance, security, and best practices. Collaborates with global automation and digital teams to share learnings, reusable components, and best practices. Supports documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement activities to strengthen organizational automation maturity. Contributes to continuous improvement not limited to governance / standard or best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automation or digital process development, with hands-on exposure to RPA and workflow-based solutions.
- Experience spanning both low-code/no-code tools and traditional scripting or programming.
- Solid hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, or similar).
- Background or working knowledge in workflow and orchestration platforms (e.g., Power Platforms, Outsystems, or equivalent low-code/no code tools).
- Practical scripting or development experience in at least one of the following: Python or Java (preferred), JavaScript, C#, VBA, or PowerShell
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Exposure to databases and SQL-based systems (e.g., SQL Server)
- Awareness of AI and Intelligent Automation concepts, such as: OCR, NLP, ML models, AI-assisted decisioning, Generative AI or AI services used within automation workflows (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Preferred: Experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs), including designing, testing, and refining prompts to drive reliable AI outputs within automation workflows.
