Job Description

  • Supporting daily personnel administration, payroll, and time attendance operations.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of employee records and personnel documentation in line with company policies.
  • Supporting payroll preparation activities by collecting, organizing, and validating employee-related data.
  • Assisting in the follow-up of attendance records, leave requests, overtime data, and other time management processes.
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to HR operational processes and directing requests to relevant stakeholders when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and contributing to data quality initiatives.
  • Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis, and operational process improvements.
  • Collaborating with different HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, or related fields.
  • Available to work minimum 3-4 days per week.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility when handling employee data.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within Human Resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a digital and international environment.
