Job Description
- Supporting Issue Analysis : Assisting in reviewing 2nd level support reports and helping trace application execution flows (Java/React/Oracle).
- Assisting in Defect Replication : Participating in reproducing and isolating software defects in test environments and documenting technical findings.
- Helping with Bug Resolution : Supporting the development team in designing and implementing straightforward code-level hotfixes.
- Team Support & Knowledge Sharing : Assisting developers and support specialists in day-to-day incident resolution and technical investigations.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Active student status (mandatory).
- Availability for min. 30 hours per week (flexible schedule adjusted to your classes).
- English proficiency (min. B2) for daily communication in an international team.
- Backend : Foundational Java knowledge – ability to read code, understand logic, and trace runtime flow.
- Databases : Basic SQL (e.g., Oracle) – writing simple queries (SELECT, JOIN) to verify test data.
- Frontend : Basic React understanding – core concepts (components, state, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Mindset : Strong analytical potential, curiosity about how code works under the hood, and eager to learn.
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic awareness of Spring Boot or Hibernate.
- Exposure to reading application server logs or using Swagger.
- Basic understanding of automated testing concepts.
- Tools & APIs: Basic familiarity with REST APIs (Postman) and Version Control (Git / Bitbucket).
