[Internship] Technical Support Intern

Bosch established its first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994. Since 2007, Bosch has expanded its footprint in Vietnam where it has branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, as well as a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. As of December 31 2023, Bosch employed approximately 6,300 associates in Vietnam. Bosch has diversified businesses in Vietnam. Today, all four Bosch business sectors, namely Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology have operations in the country. Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, AquaEasy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

• Support technical and service tasks, including device testing, demo design, on-site support, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Back Office, and Engineering departments to facilitate technical support initiatives and resolve service requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing preliminary support to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
• Support the setup, configuration, and testing of devices and equipment for demonstrations and client deployments.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and document recurring issues and potential solutions.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives.

• Currently enrolled in a vocational or Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation
• No prior work experience required
• Mandatory: English and Vietnamese
• Hardware/Software Skills: Control logic and motion programming; Industrial networking; SCADA/HMI development; Computer vision system development (Python, C++, OpenCV); 2D and 3D CAD design
• Technical Competencies: Technical problem-solving; Cross-functional team collaboration
• Diligent and responsible with strong task management skills
• Passionate about technical development
