Job Description
In our team, we believe that innovation is born from curiosity and a passion for creating memorable experiences. We are looking for a UX and Product Documentation Intern to join us. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a 60/40 split of activities, focusing primarily on driving exceptional User Experience while supporting critical Product Documentation & Market FactSheets (MFS) Management & Governance.
- Prepare, execute, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user research to synthesize actionable insights for product improvement;
- Generate rough design concepts using Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking, and support UX project management through key development phases;
- Present project findings, prepare workshops to share knowledge, and collaborate with experts to translate UX insights into stakeholder requirements;
- Assist in maintaining the JIRA database structure, managing user access workflow, and updating structured documentation on DigiEngHub and Docupedia;
- Deliver technical Market Factsheet (MFS) training, coordinate Non-Functional Requirements (NERs), collect user feedback for process optimization, and align with other business units.
Qualifications
- Academic Degree in Engineering, Communication, Product Management or similar areas;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, R Studio, Text Mining, Sentiment Analysis, or MovieMaker;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is essential and knowledge of Spanish or French will be valued;
- Strong organizational skills to support problem solving sessions;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
