Job Description
• Serve as the primary contact point for physical security requirements for our locations in Braga.
• Implementation of security concepts for the site and participate in audits to check and improve the implementation of measures.
• Enable, support, and monitor the internal security operations providers to ensure an effective implementation of defined measures.
• Support the continuous improvement process and share best practices within the local security organization.
• Support security investigations in location.
• Responsibility to Manage CCTV and Access control systems.
• Develop awareness materials and conduct awareness training.
• Monitoring information security and data management issues.
• Active support in crisis management.
• Support daily Facility Management activities.
• Maintaining FCM / SES documentation, soft and hard, formats as part of record-keeping and coordinate DSP activities in department.
• Support in small / medium sized FCM projects and global roll-out projects.
• Support in FCM-related asset management.
Qualifications
• Engineering graduate preferred (Electric / Electronic / IT / Facility subjects).
• Relevant security experience in industrial security management, >4 years
• Knowledge in security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion System)
• Experience with private security companies and contractors• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of national security issues.
• Analytical and critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, and good communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Computer knowledge (Outlook, MS suite etc).
