Bosch established its first representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994. Since 2007, Bosch has expanded its footprint in Vietnam where it has branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, as well as a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelts for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) as well as an automotive R&D center for mobility solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. As of December 31 2023, Bosch employed approximately 6,300 associates in Vietnam. Bosch has diversified businesses in Vietnam. Today, all four Bosch business sectors, namely Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology have operations in the country. Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, AquaEasy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.

Junior Managers Program (JMP) is Bosch’s fast-track development program designed to prepare high-potential early-career professionals for future leadership and key business roles.

During a period of 12 to 24 months, you complete four to six assignments in your functional area, including one placement abroad. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as benefiting from professional and individual guidance. We help you choose the right combination of assignments to match your interest sands kills. In other words, you can let us know the departments, divisions and locations where you would like to learn and exercise leadership expertise. You can count on your mentor for professional guidance along the way

The program is designed to build future BBM (Bosch Business Sector Mobility) commercial leaders who can manage complex customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and lead cross-functional business topics in an international Bosch environment.

• MBA and postgraduate studies welcome but not essential.
• Strong academic performance and evidence of extracurricular leadership are preferred

• 01 to 05 years of experience in sales, business development, project management, commercial management, automotive.
• At least 01-year international experience (for studying or working)

• Mandatory: Strong written and spoken English.

• Good Communication, negotiations & conflict management skills
