Its specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of steering systems for commercial vehicles. At this critical juncture of technological transformation, commercial vehicle steering systems are rapidly transitioning from traditional hydraulic-assisted steering to electronically controlled systems. Leveraging Bosch Group's world-class R&D resources and technological expertise, we have achieved mass production of the Servotwin series of electrohydraulic steering systems and are actively advancing the development of the ServoE series of fully electric steering systems. Responsibilities 职责

• Responsible for steering software team in people development, competence build-up, SW project delivery, local and global collaboration for CV EPS and EHPS product 面向商用车纯电助力和电液助力转向产品开发需求，负责转向软件团队人员发展、能力建设、软件项目交付及本地/全球合作 • Focusing on CV electrification & intelligence development and domain fusion to central compute EEA evolution, leading the team to develop steering SW in CV motion domain, such as steering for highly-automated driving, steering-by-wire etc. 聚焦商用车电动化、智能化发展以及域融合到中央计算的电子电气架构演进，带领团队开发适应运动智能域控的转向软件功能，如高阶自动驾驶转向、线控转向等 • Responsible for CN SW development localization covering steering ASW, BSW and ASIL-D HW safety & motor control related SW modules 负责涵盖转向应用层、底层和ASIL-D 硬件安全监控及电机控制的软件模块开发本地化 • Leading the team in risk and priority management and coordinating development resources for safeguarding all EPS/EHPS projects SW delivery on-time, on-quality and on-process 主导风险和项目优先级管控，软件开发资源协调，以保证纯电助力转向及电液助力转向软件项目按期、满足质量和流程要求释放 • Leading the technical review, SW change management and problem-solving 主导软件团队开发审核、软件变更管理和问题解决 • Interface communication with German headquarters global SW development team for providing platform SW development service and joint competence build-up 作为与德国总部全球软件开发团队的接口人，确保平台软件开发服务和联合能力培养 • Responsible for customer communication in SW requirements clarification, leading SW USP features definition, promotion during project acquisition phase and development 负责与客户关于软件需求澄清沟通，主导软件独特卖点功能定义、项目获取阶段功能推广介绍及开发 • Definition of SW team OKR, tracking project status and report. Responsible for SW team development efficiency improvement with data and AI based solutions 定义软件团队目标和实现策略，追踪项目状态及项目汇报。负责基于数据和AI 方案的软件团队开发效率提升方案

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 • Education 学历 Bachelor's degree or above. 本科及以上学历。 • Skills 技能 - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal. - 优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能。 - Leadership in SW team management 软件开发团队管理领导力 - Project, risk and problem management 项目管理能力、风险及问题管控能力 - Customer communication skill 与客户沟通能力

• Experience 工作经验 - Five years+ working experience; 五年以上工作经验； - Five years+ SW development experience in automotive, preference for motion domain 五年以上汽车软件开发经验，有车辆运动域控软件开发经验者优先 - Proficient in vehicle dynamics and steering principles 精通车辆动力学和转向知识 - Proficient in functional safety and familiar with ISO-26262, preference for ASIL D product development 精通功能安全，熟悉ISO-26262 标准，具有ASIL D 产品开发经验者优先； - Professional in C/C++ coding and model-based SW development 具有专业的C/C++编程和基于模型的软件开发经验 - Familiar with automotive SW development V-model and ASPICE process 熟悉汽车行业V 模型和ASPICE 开发流程 - Experience in AI-based Devops solution development 具有基于AI 的持续集成持续开发解决方案开发经验 - Familiar in DOORS, Matlab/Simulink, Jira etc. SW development and management toolchain 熟练掌握DOORS，Matlab/Simulink, Jira 等软件开发管理工具链
