Job Description

Coordinate the aftermarket part of the business in our Queretaro plant by ensuring the on time procurement of material, drive the definition and development of packaging, coordinate the setup of part numbers and manage the on time delivery of all spare parts to our customers. The Aftermarket Coordinator is the direct interface between plant, customer and regional headquarter with the responsibility to ensure the aftermarket interests are covered.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience .

Cross-organizational Project Management: Allocate project activities and architecture assignments to multiple teams or architects.

Supply Chain: The ability to understand and apply supply chain principles to effectively manage and optimize the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

SAP Knowledge: Depth of understanding, expertise, and familiarity with SAP software, solutions, and related concepts.

Customer Relationship Management: Knowledge of the guidelines and practices organizations follow when interacting with customers to provide positive customer experiences, as well as the technology used to track customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Product Management: Managing and developing products or services through their full life cycle, from inception and growth to maturity, decline, and retirement.
