• Responsible for assembly process (Press-in/Dispensing/TKS welding…), FOR/Utilization improvement.

• Automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in production floor.

• Vision system program optimization for related process (Cognex/Keyence/Nurocheck programming knowledge and HALCON vision is better)

• Servo controller / Robot commissioning is necessary.

伺服以及机械手相关的程序的调试。

• Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime, changeover time, IDC and enhance the stability and OEE.

参与持续改善项目，降低设备停机，减少换型时间换型以及提高设备稳定性。

• Familiar with digital tool, for example PowerBi, Python…, or have the experience of AI/CV.

熟悉数字化的工具，比如PowerBi, python..,或者具有AI，计算机视觉相关的经验。

• Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts.

负责备件和耗材的管理。

• Other tasks from supervisor and management.

• On-call to support urgent machine or tooling issue

University, major in mechanical or computer

机械或计算机类大学毕业

Not less than 5 years experience in electronic&mechanism industries.
