Product Marketing Associate (MA Internal)

As part of the Mobility Aftermarket division, you will work on product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing, and engineering to drive business excellence while collaborating closely with international teams.

► Processing of requests for engineering and technical changes that are coming from plants or customers ► Independent decision-making of necessary measures and decisions in accordance with central directives ► Communication with regional organizations and sales teams and collection of necessary data and information, which should result in tasks or project realization ► Processing requests for process and data maintenance in accordance with the current procedures and directives ► Identification, development and implementation of AI-based tools and solutions to improve processes, data quality and operational efficiency ► Continuous follow up, coordination and checking of task, process and project information status ► Continuous improvement of data quality, taking initiatives and proposals for improvements ► Creation of reports, follow up and presentation of process KPIs

► Relevant High school or Bachelor Degree, technical background is a plus ► Previous experience in Automotive field such as Wholesale, Retail or spare part workshops is desirable and will be considered as advantage ► Experience with MS Office, with focus on Excel. Access and PowerBI would be a plus ► Interest in AI technologies and willingness to develop and apply AI-based solutions; previous experience with AI tools is an advantage but not mandatory ► Excellent analytical capabilities and well-structured operating method ► Fluent English, spoken and written, German language would be a plus ► Good communication skills ► High ability to work in an international team
