Job Description

Your Impact: You will drive agility and scaling strategies to help our teams achieve operational excellence. By fostering a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture, you will ensure high-quality delivery at scale.

  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead key ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to optimize team flow and efficiency.
  • Coach & Mentor: Guide teams and leadership in adopting agile mindsets and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
  • Align Strategy & Execution: Bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and team-level execution alongside Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Use flow metrics (efficiency, velocity, cycle time) to identify bottlenecks and uplift performance.
  • Foster Collaboration: Champion agile values and active knowledge-sharing across the organization to inspire innovation.

Qualifications

  • Professional Track Record: Proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
  • Certifications: Scrum Alliance (CSM, A-CSM) or Scrum.org (PSM) certifications are highly desirable.
  • Agile Tooling: Proficiency with project tools like Jira and Miro .
  • Scaling Frameworks: Solid knowledge of agile development methodologies and goals (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Communication: Fluent English skills with the ability to engage and facilitate effectively in a multicultural, distributed/remote environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit: An empathetic, approachable team player who easily builds trust across diverse groups.
  • Mindset: Proactive, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Portuguese and English.
