Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of mobility? At Bosch, we're not just developing products; we're creating the technology that will make autonomous driving a reality. We are looking for a brilliant and passionate PCB Designer to join our international, multi-disciplinary team. This isn't just a layout role—it's a chance to put your fingerprint on the cutting-edge product that will define the next generation of vehicles.

  • Architect and Own the PCB Design Lifecycle: From concept to creation, you will take ownership of PCB layout for worldwide projects. You'll translate complex schematics into robust, manufacturable designs using state-of-the-art CAD tools.
  • Become a Technical reference: You will be the bridge between concept and reality.
  • Collaborate with our global experts in RF, analog, and digital electronics to solve complex design challenges, ensuring your layouts meet stringent circuit requirements and push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Create clear, concise design documentation and requirement specifications that serve as the blueprint for our projects, ensuring quality and consistency of our products.
  • Maintain a Foundation for Design Excellence: Keep the electronics components database accurate and up to date, ensuring reliable component data availability for efficient and compliant product development.

Qualifications

We're looking for a blend of technical mastery and a collaborative spirit. While a Master's in Electronic Engineering is a great foundation, we believe proven experience is just as valuable.

  • Deep Expertise in PCB Layout and Schematics (experience with Zuken tools is highly welcome), with a solid foundation in circuit design principles;
  • A strong command of both Digital and Analog Electronics;
  • Proficiency in RF Signaling and Protocols, with a solid grasp of Embedded Systems and common Communication Buses (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C);
  • Familiarity with the challenges of Signal Acquisition and Signal Processing;
  • EMC/EMI knowledge, ensuring your designs are robust and compliant with state-of-the-art requirements;
  • A Proactive & Independent Mindset: You are a self-starter who takes initiative and can drive projects forward with autonomy;
  • Clear & Confident Communication: You can articulate complex technical ideas effectively to a diverse, international audience, with full fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
