Job Description

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Bosch Quality System (IATF 16949/ISO 9001) through the implementation of Core Tools, internal/external audits (VDA 6.3/IATF), document management, and training, ensuring effective closure of nonconformities and the strategic deployment of the quality policy across Celaya Plant

Qualifications

As Quality Systems:

Plan, prepare, update, control, and publish Quality System documentation Participate in the generation of reports on the different indicators in the area

Audit processes and provide support in audits defined in the quality system. Ensure the implementation and ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001 standards, customer requirements, the Bosch system, and stakeholders. Manage document processes related to the quality system. Lead initiatives to improve processes and documentation. Communicate policies, standards, and administrative and operational instructions to staff. Help users with questions about procedures, instructions, and manuals. Maintain current regulations in line with operational reality. Carry out training for CeaP employees in the quality management system, ensuring that the information is in line with current requirements Act as an expert on special internal and customer characteristic

As AMEF moderator and control plan: Confirm the PFMEA and control plan (line walks, Stand@Station, etc.). Ensure the implementation of the recommended actions process. Monitor, supervise, escalate, etc. the actions defined in the PFMEA. Define methods, standardize practices and processes at the CeaP plant. Moderate the PFMEA and control plan for new projects and mass production, in accordance with the established methodology and deadlines.

Ensure the correct implementation of the FMEA process methodology by coordinating those responsible for the different manufacturing areas and complying with the CDQ0305 requirements at CeaP and specific customer requirements. Standardize PFMEA at CeaP (together with those responsible). Provide the areas involved with the necessary tools to carry out the annual update of the PFMEA in the IQ-RM system. Knowledge and support in documentation and review of PFMEA and Control Plan.

Manage the internal audit program in CeaP, ensuring effective closure of IATF nonconformities and continuous improvement of the quality system. Coordinate and prepare the presentation for the Management Review (BVS-Q) with support from the immediate supervisor, as well as the Quality Review Meeting (QRM), and follow up on open items to ensure their effective closure.
