Verified Documents

Verify once. Share many. Revoke any time.

The Document Vault is your reusable store for career documents (marksheets, degrees, experience letters, payslips and more), fingerprinted at upload so any employer you share with can prove the file is identical and untampered. You grant access per employer, watch every open in an access log, and revoke with one click.

What it does

16 document kinds, one shelf

Education, identity (masked), employment, and financial proofs, organized once, reused for every application instead of re-emailing attachments forever.

Tamper-evident fingerprinting

Every file is cryptographically fingerprinted (SHA-256) at upload. Anyone you share with can verify the document is byte-identical to what you originally stored, silent edits become impossible.

Grants you control

Share with a specific employer, see every access in your log, rotate the link, or revoke the grant entirely. A leaked link shows what was shared and at what trust level, never the documents themselves.

Encrypted at rest

Documents are envelope-encrypted in storage. Raw Aadhaar numbers are permanently out of scope by design.

Versus AuthBridge, SpringVerify, and per-check background verification

Traditional background checks cost ₹300–1,500 per check, take days, and start from zero every time. A candidate-held vault flips the model: verify once, share instantly with any employer, and let trust compound instead of being re-purchased per hire.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload your documents once, each is fingerprinted at upload.

  2. 2

When an employer requests documents, respond from the shelf in seconds.

  3. 3

Track every access in your log.

  4. 4

Rotate or revoke any grant whenever you choose.

Questions, answered

Who can see my documents?

Only employers you explicitly grant, and every open is recorded in your access log. Public verification links show what was shared and at what trust level, never titles, contents, or the files themselves.

What does the fingerprint actually prove?

That the file an employer receives is byte-identical to what you uploaded, any modification changes the SHA-256 fingerprint. It's tamper-evidence: silent edits, by anyone, become detectable.

How is this better than a background-check service?

Per-check services (AuthBridge, SpringVerify and similar) charge ₹300–1,500 and take 3–10 days, every single time, for every employer. Your vault verifies once and shares instantly, and you, not the employer, hold the documents and the revoke button.
