What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional Measurement team, including senior ICs and market leads.
  • Build scalable operating mechanisms for prioritization, capacity planning, inspection, and cross-market knowledge sharing.
  • Advance privacy-safe data collaboration and measurement partnerships with agencies, retailers, data partners, and priority advertisers.
  • Represent APAC in global Measurement, Product, Engineering, and commercial forums; bring APAC insights and reusable plays to the broader organization.
  • Strengthen regional thought leadership and create clear narratives that help sellers, clients, and leaders understand Pinterest’s measurement value.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in Measurement, Marketing Science, Ads Science, Analytics, Commercial Strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders across multiple APAC markets or similarly complex international environments.
  • Strong expertise in lower-funnel measurement, experimentation, incrementally, MMM, attribution, and/or privacy-safe measurement solutions.
  • Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal/Privacy, agencies, and external data or measurement partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build talent, establish accountability, and create scalable operating systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical and commercial topics for senior audiences.
  • Sound judgement, an inclusive leadership style, and a solution-oriented approach to ambiguity.
  • Ability to use AI thoughtfully to improve analytical or operational effectiveness while maintaining validation, integrity, and ownership of final outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with data clean rooms, retail media networks, identity/data partners, or first-party data collaboration.
  • Experience in Singapore/GCR, Japan, Australia, or broader APAC.
  • Experience working with agency ecosystems and enterprise advertisers.
  • Experience in commerce, retail, CPG, performance advertising, or platform measurement.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
