About the Role

Meesho is building one of India's largest distributor networks to enable faster deliveries, lower shipping costs, and deeper brand penetration across the country.

As a Distributor Onboarding Lead (AM – Operations) , you will own the complete journey of expanding Meesho's distributor network—from identifying potential distributor partners to successfully onboarding and activating them. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role that requires strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

You will work closely with brands, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams to build long-term supply infrastructure that powers Meesho's next phase of growth.
