Process engineer I

The core responsibility of this position is creating new part numbers in SAP and improving the product setup process through automation. Product configuration requests must be reviewed for technical accuracy, with questions coordinated directly with sales representatives. Strong analytical and database research skills are required to identify similar products and ensure accurate master data creation.

• Create new part numbers and material master records in SAP
• Review product configuration requests for completeness and accuracy
• Work with sales representatives to resolve technical questions
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Logistics throughout the setup process
• Develop automation tools and product configurators
• Create reports, dashboards, and process improvement solutions
• Support data quality and master data governance initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Communication skills
• 1 - 3 yrs. of experience

Knowledge

• Excel VBA macros
• Knowledge of automation tools
• Programming skills are desirable
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or engineering systems preferred

• Strong team collaboration skills
• Advanced English communication skills
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
