IN_RBIC_Operations Controller – Outbound Logistics - MnrP _IN

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

• Operations control – packing, billing, dispatch and freight reconciliation for Finished Goods in Outbound Physical Logistics section.
• Work allocation and target achievement – third party LSP contract workers. Daily and monthly sales achievement.
• Monthly Packaging material scheduling and supply tracking.
• Coordination with CFT - PPC, MFO and LOP1 teams for parts supply to customers, work planning and execution.
• Freight coordination with external LSPs / transporters.
• Bill checking and certification – Contract Labor, Transport Bills etc.
• Cycle count and Annual Stock Verification – Stock accounting and reconciliation.
• Monthly stock reconciliation between ChkP and MnrP.
• Administrative resp - Vehicle Checks, Seal Checks, Loading control, Contract Manpower control.
• SAP Key user and process functional knowledge for SD Module.
• Customer interface for daily logistics.

Engineer / Commerce Graduate with PG Diploma in Mgt. Sciences., Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity in Middle Size Industry (Auto / Auto Components preferred).

Handling Customer Complaints.

Problem Solving Techniques and Tools – 8D Form Filling and Assessment.

SAP (SD Module) knowledge – Key User level/Functional process knowledge.

Customer Monthly Performance Score Monitoring and Analysis.

Shelf Life Control / Tracking and Reporting.

Knowledge of inbound logistics and SAP MM Module.
