Foreign Trade Internship

As part of the Global Services team, you will work in the field of foreign trade. Our diverse mix of skills and perspectives enables effective collaboration on complex projects. Together with our teammates from Belgrade and Budapest, we build success through dedication, creativity, and strong team spirit.

► Broker & Mailbox Management: Regularly monitor incoming requests from customs brokers and manage mailbox updates. ► Documentation Verification: Review import documentation for each request, with a special focus on verifying Bosch material numbers, appropriate customs text, and entry dates within the SAP/GTS system. ► Data Coordination: In cases of missing data required for customs classification, promptly contact Bosch business units to request supplementary information (using Excel formats), send regular reminders, and monitor deadlines. ► Broker Communication: Provide timely feedback and status updates to customs brokers ► Performance Tracking: Record, monitor, and regularly update each case in KPI tracking spreadsheets.

► Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field ►Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability ► Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics ► Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience ► Ability to work effectively in a team environment ► Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ► Good command of English
