Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Partner for our manufacturing facility in Bekasi, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted human resources advisor to our operations and management teams, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting our workforce through strategic HR initiatives. You will be instrumental in building a high-performing culture while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and best practices in the manufacturing sector.

  • Act as the primary HR contact for plant management and associates of day-to-day people matters
  • Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, attendance management, and application of company policies
  • Support the resolution of employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in compliance with labor regulations and company requirements
  • Monitor the completion of mandatory, technical, and compliance-related training.
  • Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, development actions, and Development Dialogues.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, and local people programs
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining HR-related records and ensuring compliance readiness
  • Coordinate with central HR functions to ensure effective deployment of HR policies, processes, and people initiatives
  • Continuously improve HR processes and support implementation of standardized HR practices within the plant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employee relations practices.
  • Experience supporting disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Experience coordinating training programs and managing competence or qualification systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively support a manufacturing operation with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
